Our services support children and adults with significant and complex
additional needs. Working with families and the community, we support
our service users to build their independence and resilience.
We offer residential care on a respite, shared and fulltime basis
depending on the needs of our service users, supported by day and
community outreach services. Our services are available across an
ever-expanding range of locations.

ensure they receive the best possible service.
PERMANENT / PART TIME AND RELIEF POSTS AVAILABLE
We are seeking applications from enthusiastic care workers with a
passion for supporting clients with disability in our Active Inclusion
? Day Service in Sligo. These positions are ideal for those who
enjoy working in a team and want to make a difference in the lives of
children and young people with disability. You will be provided with
extensive training in our model of care to assist you in your role.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
* Qualification in relevant discipline (e.g.: health, community care
sector) FETAC level 5 minimum.
* Have a full driving license and be willing to drive company
vehicles
* Have a genuine passion for working with children and young people
with disability.
* Working off the New Directions model, successful applicants should
have the ability to develop and maintain support /care plans and
provide required support and care to clients on an individual
person-centred basis.
* Candidates should have an understanding, knowledge, and experience
of working with clients who have physical and sensory disabilities.
